Sit-Ups can shrink the bloated stomach?


Many people think sit-ups can shrink the stomach and reduce fat. Is that correct?
it WRONG! Sit ups only useful for toning the abdominal bibs not to reduce fat in the abdomen / stomach shrink. One way to shrink the stomach is by jogging and reduce the intake of foods high in calories, sugar and bad fats.

People think at the age of 40 years a person has a distended stomach that is common? it is not true, distended abdomen distended due to lack of exercise .Perut can also result from the digestive metabolism menurunjadi start to lose something related to carbohydrate and glucose.
To reduce our bloated stomach can consume foods high in calcium. As

  • Cheese
  • Almonds
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli

So by consuming foods high in calcium can help shrink the stomach and helps raise the body's metabolism.

Before we go any further, there are two types of fat bad fat and good fat. Distended stomach itself happens because there are many bad fats in our body. To eliminate the bad fats we can use good fats such as

  • Olive oil
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Chili
