Weight VS Fat


Before we discuss, things that must be considered to achieve the ideal body metabolism we need to know first. Because if metabolism repaired, improved or accelerate the burning of fat in it will be optimized so otherwise.

The above issues related to diet. What is a diet? Diet that is how we organize what kind of food we consume. Should not be called a diet that aims to lose weight but can also be used to increase the weight.
If we want to lose weight, burn calories, there are 3 kinds:

1. Basal Methabolic Rate (BMR) was burn calories when the body is resting, can burn calories around 60%.
2. Eat, chew, digest food and circulate throughout the body, burn calories by 15-20%.
3. physical movement such as walking and exercise can burn calories by 15% -20%.

So we can not lose weight just by exercise alone, but we also have to compensate by adjusting the diet.

The meaning of the different weight loss by reducing fat levels. Most people who think that their weight is body fat when they are filled with not only fat are there in our body such as meat, bones, muscles, etc. also exist in our bodies.

Weight loss is true if the fat content is reduced. But most people who go on a diet they reduce food intake in the body by eating less the effect on the muscle and the muscle itself is an organ that is often used by body ppaling. Imagine if the muscle insufficient nutritional intake the body will also be automatically decreased metabolism in the body.

A good diet that is not between muscle and fat balance. When we diet quickly by running it will burn the sugar levels in the body. Whereas when running with slow (jogging) it will burn fat.
For the percentage of normal fat
Men = 15-20%
Women = 20-25%
